How it works

Step 1 — Show us

Tell us what needs collecting and upload photos straight from your phone camera. Photograph every item, and for bigger clear-outs add one photo showing the whole pile so we can judge the volume.

Step 2 — Choose your time

Pick an available 45-minute arrival window. We work evenings from around 6pm and on Thursday mornings. Windows overlap because they're arrival windows — the time we'll turn up — not the length of the job.

Step 3 — Confirm and pay

We check your photos, the access details and our route for that session, then email you an approved price and a secure Square payment link. Your booking is not confirmed until you've paid. We hold the slot for you for a limited time while you decide.

If we need more information we'll ask, and if your chosen time doesn't work we'll suggest another.

Step 4 — We collect

We arrive within your window, load the agreed items and email you a PDF collection receipt listing everything we removed. Waste goes to authorised facilities; we record where each load ends up.
